1 Hour Virtual Life Coaching
Session $70
In our one hour zoom session I will take you through a guided process of diving deeper into the area you would like to focus on. I will use the Christian Counseling Association of America's model to help you create realistic action steps and goals in your life. You are the expert on you, and I'm the expert on the coaching model, together we will be thinking partners on this journey! The goal of life coaching is not to give advice, but instead help you discover and process what's already inside of you, to help you flourish and grow into a better version of yourself. You choose the topic and lets start the journey!
Life Coaching Packages
6 virtual sessions
-1 free 15 minute discovery call

-Four 60 min sessions to be completed weekly or bi-weekly to be completed within 12 weeks

Payments and Appointments
When sessions are purchased individually, they are $70 per session. Payment must be received at least 24 hours before session. You must cancel 24 hours before the appointment, or you will be charged the full amount (see full cancelation policy to the right). After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a zoom link, an intake form questionnaire, and legal documents that must be signed and returned prior to our first meeting. I cannot accept insurance; all sessions are self-pay.
Cancellation Policy
I value your time and commitment, and I ask the same in return. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice – No fee; we’ll simply reschedule your session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice – The session fee will be charged in full.
No-shows – The session will be considered used and non-refundable.
I understand that emergencies happen. In genuine cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll do my best to accommodate a reschedule without penalty.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This helps ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine.
Coach’s Right to Cancel
While I strive to honor all scheduled sessions, there may be rare occasions when I need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange a new session time. If I must cancel, there will be no penalty to either party, and any prepaid session will be rescheduled at your convenience.
